finances and delegating money compared to democrats and/or liberals? The state of Wyoming, a notoriously conservative state, has had issues within the Wyoming Republican Party. For the second time, the Wyoming Republican Party has had to pay penalties to the IRS!! Is this further proof that democrats are truly the real leaders when it comes finance and multi-tasking?
